Since 2011, Europlakat has been organizing and enabling the conducting of the competition for outstanding achievements in the field of outdoor advertising. The fundamental rule of the concept of the competition is to select and reward good practice with a vision for the improvement of creative solutions that we see every day on our way.
The concept of the competition is set so that each year the organizer selects the president of the jury, who then forms a jury of three representatives in the field of advertising and of three representatives of advertisers. All works published in an individual calendar year are assessed in five categories: INFORMING AND RAISING AWARENESS, METROLIGHT, INNOVATE, CITYLIGHT and BILLBOARD. The awards are traditionally awarded to the best at a traditional event at the Ljubljana Opera in the first week of February.
