About us

Europlakat d.o.o. is the leading provider in the field of so-called "out-of-home" advertising in Slovenia. We assist organisations and individuals in successful communications everywhere where classic printed and electronic as well as modern digital media do not reach audiences. Through our network of advertising surfaces which include large advertising formats, citylights, roto panels and rolling boards, we ensure national coverage and simultaneously enable targeted communication on the local level.
In the area of street furniture management, Europlakat has concluded public-private partnerships agreements for the setting up and maintenance of bus shelters with the majority of Slovenian city municipalities. In this way, we have invested more than EUR 6.5 million in recent years in the set up and maintenance of over 850 bus shelters throughout Slovenia.

Tradition

Europlakat set up the first large format panels in Slovenia in 1992. This was followed by a multi-year period of growth, the introduction of new formats, advertising carriers and outdoor advertising tools which still continues today. The company Europlakat is recording a stable growth in operations through a strategy of intensive investment into the development of advertising offers and management of street furniture, the network of large poster panels and illuminated citylights.

With the acquisition of the company Metropolis Media in 2006, Europlakat also consolidated its position on the outdoor advertising market. Through the implementation of products oriented towards measuring the effectiveness of outdoor advertising, the company also plays an important role in the development of the Slovenian outdoor advertising market.

Vision and values

Europlakat will maintain its leading position in Slovenia through continued improvement of its quality of services and by introducing the most contemporary advertising products thereby continuing to encourage the development of the outdoor advertising. Europlakat has undertaken to fulfil the strict quality criteria of its strategic partner JCDecaux in the environmental field. Therefore, we use environmentally-friendly glue for posting billboards and environmentally-friendly cleaning agents for maintaining and cleaning bus shelters. Through the introduction of state-of-the-art rolling board product, we can install more advertising surfaces on the same panel, thereby decreasing the total number of panels as well as burdening the environment to a lesser degree.
